thoughts: neither fantastic nor atrocious, but done. i felt really slow today, but needed to get it done as there’s a storm coming in tonight.
today was the first day i used a run to work through some emotional issues i’m having. i had a rough day yesterday and still felt really down when i woke up this morning. i spent the run thinking about it and wrapping my head around some bigger things and feel much better now. i used to be a very competitive horseback rider (hunter/jumper) and no matter what was wrong in life, as soon as i got on the back of my horse, i thought of nothing but riding. i never used riding to sort through my issues, so this is brand new territory for me. it felt good.
